North Welland Real Estate

The boundaries for North Welland are informal, but tend to include the neighbourhoods north of Thorold Road. This means that South Pelham, Niagara College, Seaway and Woodlawn are all considered to be a part of North Welland. This newer area of Welland is made even more desirable for its great schools and available amenities all located within the North Welland area. Two of the most famous features of North Welland are the Niagara College campus in the central north and Seaway Mall in the northeast. Another perk of living in North Welland is easy access to the 406 which runs along the east side of the city. As a newer area of the city, the homes were built more recently. That means modern features in the interior and exterior of these homes. Outside of the campus and the mall, this area is still largely residential, so it is a quiet and pleasant place to go for a walk in the evenings.
