Downtown Kitchener Real Estate

Kitchener's Downtown is roughly bound by Victoria Street to the north, Lancaster Street to the east and Courtland Avenue to the southwest. A major convenience of the area is the nearby access to the ION light rail which provides rapid transit between Kitchener and Waterloo operated by the Grand River Transit.
